Werkwijze begeleiding bij collectie aankoop

Ik hoef geen art gallery of fysieke winkel te hebben om in kunst te handelen.Mensen vragen soms waar mijn winkel is, maar dat is niet relevant. Ik heb een webshop met een collectie in het lagere segment, maar u begrijpt dat duurdere werken niet vanzelfsprekend in een webwinkel worden geplaatst. Veel van die werken bevinden zich binnen mijn netwerk.Wat wél relevant is, is mijn kennis en mijn analytisch denkvermogen.Ik verbind, lever en kijk naar waardestijging — ik analyseer de toekomst.Als voormalig Sovjet‑Oekraïense, inmiddels al 32 jaar in Nederland en met studies in economie, organisatiekunde, rechten, psychologie en kunstgeschiedenis, heb ik een scherp inzicht in machtsverschuivingen. En gelukkig hebben we nog tijd: tijd waarin we kunst kunnen verhandelen die over dertig jaar misschien niet meer aantrekkelijk is voor nieuwe generaties. Daarom kan ik je nu al adviseren welke kunst je kunt kopen, en binnen welke termijn.Sommige werken renderen meteen, andere binnen tien jaar, daarna moet je ze verkopen en weer andere pas over twintig jaar.En er zijn klassiekers die nooit verdwijnen.Ja, er zijn werken die op de ene plek €10.000 kosten en op een andere plek €90.000 kunnen opleveren. Maar mijn geheimen onthul ik niet, dit is mijn vak, en ik moet ook ergens van leven. Van jouw courtage. Die courtage is overigens klein in verhouding tot de waardegroei die een goed gekozen werk kan realiseren.Ik ken ook de daling van de waarde van 19de‑eeuwse kunst in Nederland; marketing is een van mijn specialisaties. Toch bestaan er binnen die markt nog steeds werken die voor relatief weinig te koop zijn en alsnog waardestijging kunnen laten zien.Mijn doel is eenvoudig: dat een kunstwerk minimaal zijn waarde behoudt. Ik wil voorkomen dat iemand minder terugkrijgt dan hij of zij heeft betaald.Bij veel kleinere werken die we aankopen voor €100 kun je elders al €350 krijgen. Veel werken die €1.000 kosten, kun je voor €3.000 verkopen. Je hoeft dus niet altijd met €30.000 te beginnen. Maar als je wél met €30.000 start, kan de marge ook oplopen tot €60.000 — en soms zelfs hoger. Dit is mijn werk: kunstadvies
